The 11 session Soma Structural Integration® series is a transformative form of deep tissue therapy combing movement re-education that results in lasting re-alignment, better posture, relief from chronic pain, and promotes optimal functioning of body and mind. Each session builds upon the last by effectively addressing each section and layer of the body's structure and movement patterns for overall integration, balance, and harmony. 

This full body session combines Soma and deep tissue massage techniques for overall relaxation and restoration of energy.  This stand-alone session is a wonderful introduction to Soma Structural Integration® or is a great tune-up after the completion of the 11 session Soma series.  

Using Soma Structural Integration® techniques, this session addresses specific areas of focus for acute or chronic injuries, pain issues, or general overall stress relief.  This session can also be used for maintenance after the completion of the 11 session Soma series.
